2019 was a successful year. We achieved a Gross Margin of 180 million EUR (an increase of 10.1% compared to 2018). MCI continued its growth by two digits with a balanced mix between organic increase and growth by acquisitions. This included the integration of MVP Education based in Dallas and Senter Group headquartered in Chicago. MCI expanded its network in Europe with the merger of Wolf Trifft Jaeger in Hamburg, Germany and the opening of MCI Portugal. MCI also widened its market in Asia with a joint venture partnership with two state-owned enterprises: Hangzhou Tourism Investment Co., Ltd and Hangzhou Zhonghe Investment Co., Ltd.
